Designed by H Architecture, the Broadway Hotel aims to be a landmark in Tribeca, a Lower Manhattan neighborhood that has trendy boutiques and restaurants and next to the Financial district. The building site is across the New York City Hall and can be seen directly from the Brooklyn Bridge. The adjacency to the New York City Hall and the Brooklyn Bridge makes the site ideal for a landmark in downtown Manhattan.

This magnificent 55-story tower at Broadway, New York, seamlessly integrates super luxurious residential living with high-end commercial spaces, embodying a sophisticated urban experience. Designed by H Architecture, this approximately 170,000 sq.ft. (15,793.51 sq.m.) development rises to an impressive 804'-8" (including a 81'-6" podium and 723'-2" tower), poised to become a defining element of the city's skyline.

The building encompasses a dynamic program that blends hotel and residential components, featuring 40 proposed residential units. Residents and guests will enjoy an array of premium amenities, including a striking media art lobby with a cafe, elegant restaurants complemented by outdoor terraces, versatile event spaces, and a stylish bar with its own terrace. This thoughtful combination of uses creates a vibrant environment, offering an unparalleled blend of luxury, convenience, and urban dynamism.
